BUBBA's BLACK BEAN DIP

BUBBA's BLACK BEAN DIP

One can Black Beans 15.25 ounces
Two containers of diced onions and red peppers (in the pre made salad department- weighs 5 ounces each)

Quite simple-
In a disposable Tupperware, Add the ENTIRE CAN of Beans-juice and all to two containers of diced peppers and onions. Stir together.

Let Mix. Refrigerate.

Perfect to serve on a cracker, tortilla chip or potatoe chip. We even used it as a "Salsa" on the School Marm's grilled chicken.

Any leftovers- GREAT! Just refrigerate and it tastes even better the next night as all the flavors meld together.

Beans- 385 calories
Peppers and onions- none listed, but we'll say 115 to make the math easy.
Total- 500 calories for probably 10 or more servings.

So, 50 calories per serving. (enough for 10 chips worth).

The chips will probably have more calories than the dip.
